Indian Summer

It was late last summer that I received word that I'd been awarded the contract to shoot for the image library of Tourism Penticton.  I couldn't believe my good fortune!  Not only would I be photographing my favorite subjects, lifestyle and food, but I would also be traveling to Penticton, British Columbia, a beautiful little city situated between Skaha Lake and Okanagan Lake in British Columbia's wine region.  Another bonus is that it also just happens to lay 62 km south of my hometown of Kelowna!

Tracy, the client contact, was amazing at helping pull the shoot together and did a great job of finding locations and securing the talent.  We ended up shooting for an entire week in October and did our best to make the most of the beautiful fall light by getting started before sunrise and finishing up as the sun set.  Both she and I were very happy with the images we came away with...
