Your Daily Veggies

I was thrilled to find out that my first assignment for The Daily would have me traveling to Napa to photograph the vegetarian restaurant Ubuntu whose chef, Aaron London, is a finalist for the James Beard Foundation's "Rising Star Chef" Award for 2011.  The restaurant has a "Skin to Seed" philosophy which entails that they use every part of the vegetable, all of which are grown in the restaurant’s nearby bio-dynamic garden.  Here are some outtakes from the shoot.
