Feasting in Napa

I was recently hired by Private Clubs Magazine for what I consider to be a dream job.  They asked me to travel to wine country for four days to photograph a few gourmet restaurants in the region.  One of my favorite dishes was the French Toast Souffle at Hopper Creek Kitchen in Yountville.  It was like having dessert for breakfast!  Here's a little taste of the assignment.
